My health and wellness journey sure has had its ups and downs. I have always struggled with my weight and anxiety.
As a mom of four, I am constantly on the go. This used to really stress me out and boy did emotional eating take it’s toll on my health! A few years ago, I had really reached my limit. My stress with through the roof and while I might have appeared happy on the outside, inside I was really struggling. I was just going through the motions of living without really enjoying it. I had always been a lover of anything regrading natural health and decided to take a HUGE leap of faith. I started on a new career path that focused on helping people to overcome their health and wellness struggles.
I began researching different wellness techniques and became connected with people all over the world! I discovered my passion and purpose was to help people find joy again in their lives. It was the best feeling to wake up every day with energy and purpose. I am truly happy. Now, do I still have work to do on myself? ABSOLUTELY! But is my stress manageable? Do I have time to do the things I love? Am I able to be the best mom and wife I can be? YES! YES! and YES!I am still working on reaching a lot of my own health goals, but most days I can go to bed knowing that I am one more day closer to reaching my goals.
I use a mind, body, soul approach when it comes to health and wellness. As a former teacher, I understand that not everyone learns at the same pace. This isn’t a cookie cutter program. It is all about YOU. This isn’t a weight loss program. It is a finding the joy again program.
